DFI JR X58-T3H6 with LP CPU Heatsink Preview

I received DFI JR X58-T3H6 with LP CPU Heatsink last week and want to share some pics to everyone.

I just heard DFI will sell this cpu heatsink soon. This is a sample here. I don't know how to test heatsink. You know I always use LN2.

Anyway, here has some nice pics for sharing and I will post results tomorrow.

The heatsink size is very similar to Ultra-120 Extreme.

oh i see... i thought DFI would have a matching mini cpu heatsink for a mATX board to suit mATX like cases i.e. Scythe Ninja Mini which fits in my Lian Li PC-V350B - not much vertical room once psu installed.

Don't think the HSF is actullay meant for this board in particular, just DFI entering the HSF business. Wouldn't it be something if this board clocked as well or better than the DFI UT X58-T3eH8.

Andre has DFI sent you the DK X58-T3eH6 as well?

Yes, DK is the same as UT X58. Memory is 100% the same. It's only different from PWM. You know digital pwm is good under cold. If you use on air, UT and DK are 100% the same.

Awesome, can't wait to see them listed and am eager for your results, Andre.
I won't be using that cooler tho... like eva pointed out already, it's too large to use in a V350 which will obviously be the case of choice with this mobo, following in the P45 JR's footsteps

    Any question?

For me is not important, I choose products for their performance/quality build mostly but since thermalright its been related with DFI lately developing their cooling solutions I was curious, I understood your answer of my doubt... no questions so far (the slides helped a lot ) anxious to see results!

I test memtest 2000 CL7 and vantage quickly. I don't want to do heavy oc because this mobo is for normal people 24/7 using and save case space.

If you want to do heavy oc(LN2 DI cascade etc....), I thought UT is much useful for you.

    MB: DFI JR X58
    CPU: Retail i7 965
    Ram: ADATA 2133X 2GBX3
    CPU cooler: DFI MEGAHALEMS

This test VTT read is not correct. I just set up VTT 1.5V on BIOS.

    200/2000 CL 7-8-7-20-1T 1.6V Memtest 500% passed.

Vantage GTX 295 Quad SLI clock default and cpu on 4G

I have 3*1200W (Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W, Silverstone ZM1200 and PC Power & Cooling 1200W) which are all good.
