Foxconn Destroyer Phenom II 940BE Build

As Soon as I get home I will begin the build! I'll try to get some pics up too. THe chip just came in and I'm excited to get started. I got #26 chip in the batch, so maybe it will oc well. But as of now I just have stock cooling & a big typhoon(for s939).

Aegis Panal seems to work fine for me?
I haven't checked bios revision yet, but i am waiting on a new one for max oc.

I am able to get it to 3700mhz. on stock cooling with stock volts(and 8 gigs of ram). I plan to watercool so it will be awhile befoe I can go crazy with it.

But so far my impressions of the board are allright. If i get to that Jack Sparrow then i will be a happy man! I will start a thread in AMD OC area when the time comes.

But if any1 has any helpful information on overclocking this board I would love to hear it.
ie: Where is that "musicismylife" dude and how did he hit 400 on air with this board?

    Here I am....

I'm sorry but you're mistaken. We 'only' got 300 mhz out of Destroyer with aircooling (TRUE 120).

Maybe you thought of Fr3ak and his 417 mhz on Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-DS4H under cold air.

Lol sorry guys I was excited.

    @Music: I meant 4 ghz. Opps!

And Fatalbert: All your knowledge are belong to us!

But really I will ask questions as I encounter them.

    Here is my setup:

CPU: Phenom II X4 940 (stepping info soon) running at 200x18= 3600mhz.@ stock volts
    Cooler: stock
    Motherboard: Foxconn Destroyer
    Memory: GskiLL Pi Black(4 X 2gb) F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B
Graphics: Onboard( I have 2 7900gt's i might sli till I buy a new card)
    Power: Cooler Master 750w
    OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x86
    Case: NZXT Guardian 921

I am migrating from a DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert 939 ( and perviously an nforce1 ). Overclocking the dfi was pretty easy because even

though there were a ton of settings, there was an oc database on dfistreet that was huge. People would basically input every setting in the bios they

changed to acheive their O.C. i was able to take my opteron 144 from 1.8ghz. to 2.9ghz. 24/7 on air.

I know I will not see the same percentage increase here, but i would like to get as close as possible. So any little tweaks anyone finds with this board
    would be greatly appreciated.

Ok lets get some settings shared fellows...

I was using this thread: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=267708 to help me overclock.

Is there a better OC Guide for destroyer's? It seems some options are missing for the NB.

it's not amd, it's nforce and he like to be hot.

even if firsts bios doesn't have some options, I hope saaya read it and engineers will add it.
