    Worth gettin mach1?

Well i was saving up for a nice new truck and have saved up 15grand but now that i have realized how high my insurance would be i am planning on gettin an older rig...
ok now that u know my situation...should i get a machI? it is out dated and if i am corect it wont work on the newer systems "aka" the new 64bit amd's and on the systems comin out in the near future. but the machII is just to much for my liking...is there any way to mod the head on the mach1 to accomidate for the new mounting?

currently, both mach 1 and 2 would need a custom mount for the a64's...

as for which 1 to get, it depends how much you can still get the mach 1 for

XTW still has Mach 1s listed on their site.

Wouldnt it be more effiecent towards your money, if you dedicated some time and built your own single stage system?

I talked to Nventiv and they said that Mach I does NOT have reset issues with the A64 boards. Is this true? nVENTIV is in the process of releasing the A64 cpu mounting kit and it will be out soon.

gokickrocks meant that their not available now but they will be soon. Any company serious about its customers will develop cpu kits for its new platforms.

Mach I and Mach II have almost the same temps. Only difference is Mach II supports all motherboards, has intergration/control through software, has a more flexible hose and I think thats it.

what was the issue with the a64 mobo's? and the cpu mounting kit for the A64 is for both mach I and II? so my big question is why is the machII 1000 bux? is it just because it has the "intergration/control through software, has a more flexible hose and I think thats it."? and when u say the machII supports all mobos what are u reffering to? as in how it mounts to the mother board?
thanks and sorry for all the ?'s i believe this is one of the few threads ive actually started ive been just suckin up all the knowledge i can...i kinda wana build my own phase change...but do u guys know if its worth it? cuz i would need a compressor...one of bakers blocks umm a radiator...or whatever its called in a phase change unit..is it a condenser? lol i cant think of it off the top of my head.
