The aqua computer one looks very nice, defiantly what I had expected from them. One thing I could see going with there style is some sort of plate to fill the hole where the fan was. This could also say made in Germany or the cards model number ect. I just think it might accent the look more

You can choose if the water should run parallel or one after another through the blocks.

Why the f*ck did PPC raise on the EK GTX 295 blocks?

Suppose they're startin to run a little bit short on them, but I dunno.

With stuff for 800 bucks to order, I cant really afford that "dramatic" changes in the price range for the blocks.
Hope the prices wil drop soon.

Because they set wrong pricing in the start. I don't think they will drop the prices.

Which is the best option for a noob to WC? I was thinking Koolance is probably the most user-friendly.

Those who bought the blocks in the beginning, are some very, very lucky bastards.

My results with the Koolance block for GTX 295:

    Overclock: GPU 752MHz, Shaders 1521Mhz, Memory 1300MHz
Temps: 40C Idle, 48C at load 4 hours of Furmark, no artifacts.
Voltage: Bump to 1113mV using Evga voltage tuner for GPU stability. I don't think shaders works well with voltage bumps.
I haven't done any benches. This is with 120.3 and 160.1 rads, and an E8400 in the loop.

    2x 2TB HITACHI

What's the load difference between the two GPU's? How are the VRM temps on both cards? Could you possibly show load GPU-Z screens?

Thank you, 2-3°C difference between cores/VRM's is pretty close.
+ the block just looks awesome.

    8°C difference between both cores?!

Let me guess Koolance+DangerDen = serial flow, right? Anyone got a AquaComputer block running already, you can parallel the cores with that. The Watercool block will also have parallel flow, but it's not out yet.

I think he wrote somewhere that that's idle temps.

Shoggy, which holes should I use to cool one chip after another, regular way?
Would it be one in the middle and any of the side holes? For example 2nd and 3rd hole?

Serial flow: [Engraved Logo] [Closed] [In] [Out]

Parallel flow: [Engraved Logo] [In] [Out] [Out]

Of course the in- and outlet can be swapped since it does not matter.
