Nice results Andre and thanks for sharing It's as I thought it would be. Nvidia still does great in Vantage, but then they get their @$$ handed to them in all the other 3D benches at the same CPU speed in Quad Fire vs Quad SLI. I wonder why Nvidia can't get these things worked out. Obviously they have more sheer processing power on tap, but they fail spectacularly in harnessing it in any benchmark but vantage.

Do you by chance have any game comparison tests comparing Quad Fire to Quad SLI?

I think you already saw many reviews about games and I am not a gamer.

I haven't seen any comparing Quad SLI vs Quad Fire. Only single card reviews.

    Great comparison Andre

The number speak for their selfs - the superiority of the GTX295 is quite evident

lol...I know where I am, I thought I may take a shot and see if he had any numbers though I always prefer user numbers over the "review" numbers. The real users have nothing to gain or loose by posting their numbers, so often you can get a unbiased opinion or at least an opinion that isn't clouted with corporate responses

Yeah that AData rocks. I kinda waiting a bit because I have a few other pressing matters, but one of the things I need to fix is to get rid of the Crapair RAM that was a complete waste of my money and replace it with some real RAM. It's looking like AData really has their stuff together. They need to make it available though. The high end stuff they have is impossible to find in the USA.

Adata cannot sell some special memories in the USA. I cannot tell you why because this is a commercial secret.

295 is core 690~705. You can see GPUZ. Both 4870X2 and 295 are oc to air limit.

Oh wow, maybe time to end my brief affair with ATI and get back to the Nvidia mothership. 80*C idle temps on my 4870x2 were never that fun anyways.
