OK, here are the first single GTX295 stock numbers with my favourite game
With RE and E8600 of course @ 5.950Mhz on cascade (need to improve contact for 6Ghz)
Compare link: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=9457972
Now the bad news - the 180.xx drivers have the Car High "bug" - means CH is ridiculously low compared with 9800GX2 with 173.63 drivers or the GTX280's with 177.451
Nature is of course much better - 1650 no to bad for a single stock card
Here is a comparison - GTX295 stock (green) against 9800GX2 stock (red)
As you can see, CH is killing the scores ..
Try to force install 173.63 or 177.41 drivers (CH "bug" free), but they dont seems to work with GTX295
Finally an update with Vantage
Compare link: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dmv=669830
Think 35K will be possible with stock cards and cpu on cascade ..

OK, received a few PM's about tweaks used .
As you know for me the spirit of XS is knowledge sharing, so here they are :
LOD= 4.9 all tests
Runnig order:
-> LH
-> LL
-> CH
-> Dragos
-> CL (repeat a few times until find the sweat spot)
-> Nature
thanks for share your results Pedro, nice to see how 295 perfrom in 01 with 8600
Thanks for sharing superb results.
Too bad about the driver CH problem with 01... hope its fixed soon!
.., had same experience with 181.20.., very low cars.., hit 118k on 6ghz/E86.., I will test runningorder as Pedro mentioned.., (tested it and it was a no go for me..) thx for sharing Pedro and congrats to sweet runs what so ever.. ! :-)
Put this in..
Runningorder here was backwards from N to CL.. 4.9 straight thrue.. RE and E86..GSkill 1800 and cascade

Awesome scores.. I didnt expect that really. Take it higher

A good car high will see around 420fps at 6GHz i guess which means +100fps high detail is 2000 points. Nice bonus! Fubarswe i think you'll need some more tweaking as you have everything clocked higher than Pedro except shaders, your score should be higher than Pedro's.
Then again, Pedro is the master of this game, unfair comparing.
Nice benching, GTX 295 seem like lots of fun.

smile* .., look @ rams.., lower.. mearly showing another approach @ different settings...
.., lil frustration over cars though.., first seeing nature and your eyes get bigger.., then when cars approach and you awaits massive score.. must laugh abit at my self.., like a kid on christmas.., getting soft package from Santa.. :-)
Actually, the 3:5 divider is bugged on the X48 chipset, it's running 2:3 actually which puts it at 894MHz with 7-7-7-20 timings opposed to your 900MHz 7-6-6-18.
Not much of a difference though but still a little advantage.

hmm.., I better practise a bit.. :-)
nice work Pedro
fub....better to wait for a driver that has "normal" CH
low bug CH always happens when new cards are released which is soo frustrating
i just found an E8600 steppin which should work well with LN2 so i gotta revisit some '01 lovin'
hopefully by the time i'm ready the drivers will be sorted out with normal CH too
i cant wait to hit 130K+
'01 rules
