Exclamation [ZDB] E8600 @ 6.6GHz with ASUS Rampage Extreme

    Hello guys,

Last weekend the ZDB Team was present on XLParty - big LanParty here in Portugal - ASUS sponsored us with some hardware Thanks guys!

We just had opportunity to test the hardware on the same day of the event, so don't expect any monstrous 3DMark or Pi score

So, this is a little teaser of what you can expect for the next days/weeks

    E8600 Q820A598 (the special one ) - CB @ -158ºC

N3RO teaching some pretty girl :

You can check the 6610MHz with 2 cores enabled (05:08) on Youtube video here (click on High Quality option )

To finish, we are able to run 3DMark 2001 from Cars to Nature non-stop at ~6500MHz Nice chip isn't it?
It's time to fire up my 9800GX2 again and spend some time on 2D benchs like Superpi 1M

    Tks,
    N3RO

The Rampage Extreme can supply up to 2.4Vcore, should be enough to suit anyone's need.
