Ah, I got a laptop for college. It's a Toshiba Satellite L305-S5894 with a 2.0GHz Pentium dual-core, 3GB of DDR2 800 RAM, and an Intel GMA 4500M IGP. Not very extreme, but fine for what I'm going to use it for.

I also got a Garmin Nuvi 200 GPS, looking forward to using it.

    That's really about it.

I am planning to buy myself a little Christmas present though, on Friday I think I'll order myself a Cooler Master Stacker 810.

I gave and expensive dinner and some equally expensive gift cards. Oh, and a pre-ordered copy of Persona 4 to some friends.

I gave my wife a diamond bagget pendon neclace and a black onyx bracelet from Jarreds. My kids got more stuff then anyone cares to know about. And we havent even seen either set of grandparents yet. And I got a Craftsman pro tool box and a bunch of accessories for it. One of those three section high, bright red, and about 15-20 drawers!! No man doesnt like getting a tool box that is almost as tall as he is. And being 6'4" thats saying something. My parents gave me $700 cash. I got a Hiatachi 7" skill saw. I also got a TI-89 graphing calculator. And a hummer We are flying back home after newyears for doctors appointments and visit the families so we will find out what else the kids and us are getting next week.

And not to get off jubject but yes we fly back to Minnesota for our doctors, people are always asking that, because the quacks down south couldnt diagnose a pimple. Seriously, after putting out kids in daycare they got whooping cough. Three different doctors and not a single one ever mentioned Whooping cough and basically had a real shotgun memtality about prescribing meds, like they owned stock in it. Less than 5 minutes with our doctor back in Minnesota, WHOOPING COUGH. The difference in skill sets is like night and day. The peeps down south think the doctors are fine, but thats mostly because they just dont know any better.

Boy that info was old. As am I. Currently my kids have taken over my desktops. They are both sporting matching GTX1080's. Last Christmas I got everyone Oculuses and thus GTX1080's. My eldest is some sort of CSGO champion gold label something or other. Me I work and shoot real guns. Build Comps as needed.

Got: A leather jacket and tickets to dinner theater

Gave: 7" santoku knife (Henckels) to my mom, bunch of chiropractic/massage care to my dad, 50% of a Fuji S200HD camera to my sister. Then my wifes side - 2x kids flying helicopters, remote control Ferrari, baby bouncer, dremel, electric razor, big designer angel thing, tent, and a littlest pet shop house.

This is the first Christmas I've been able to spend more than the barest of minimums on people in my life. Had to work some OT to pay for it but it was worth it... I kind of feel like I owe around 10 years of good back-presents. Plus it was sooo much fun bringing full-sized gifts to my wifes family (she has 7 little brothers and sisters) and seeing an explosion of unwrapping and smiles.
Dual CCIE (Route\Switch and Security) at your disposal. Have a Cisco-related or other network question? My PM box is always open.

Nevermind on the job, didn't get it since companies in California are retarded with how they handle ID verification.

Gave my mom a kindle. Its bad ass. I'm floored by it honestly.

I didn't ask for anything, so I got nothing. I'll probably end up ordering some stuff and she'll cover it.

Get: $360 that will be mostly going to fixing my car

Gave: I gave my girlfriend a lovely blue topaz pendant. She adores it she said
"To exist in this vast universe for a speck of time is the great gift of life. Our tiny sliver of time is our gift of life. It is our only life. The universe will go on, indifferent to our brief existence, but while we are here we touch not just part of that vastness, but also the lives around us. Life is the gift each of us has been given. Each life is our own and no one else's. It is precious beyond all counting. It is the greatest value we have. Cherish it for what it truly is."
