    hello guys...

With my DFI UT X58 i get up to 95°C on my PWMs which are already water cooled (4300Mhz, 1,36 Vcore).
Somebody with an waterblock on DFI's PWMs here?
Water Temp is round 25°C - seems my MIPS PWM Block isn't mounted correctly.

    Back to topic.

    Does's anybody have the 1866er Corsair GT's?
Does they reach nerlay the same results than the CL 7 2000er?

    thanks 4 help

yes. even better with 2028 7-7-6-18 and very tight subtimings (tRRD = tRTP = 1). got the 8.xx 32m timezone with 3854Mhz. see here.

BTW all, GT 6GB 2000 cl7 seems to be on sale: $529.99 at the corsair shop. and there's no waiting list. this is as of today. don't know how long it will last.

Corsair lost out this time, took them forever to get them in stock. Couldn't wait any longer and bought OCZ Blade 7-7-7-20-1N 2000Mhz. Happy with them too. I like Corsair but they :banana::banana::banana::banana:footed around too long this time.

    Edit: and only $438

memtest hci results are fake for x58 for vdimm confirmation

try prime95 large fft custom 5.4gb

    ty

really want to see more actual results like eva's

also superpi 32m is also fake as it stresses all cores instead of single thread

hence y bachus 32m hyperpi single thread is actually more stable and shows more accurate on vdimm confirmation.

    nice sticks btw

super pi v1.5 32m single just set affinity to one core or as many as you want hehe or do you mean single 32m pi in hyperpi ?

hyperpi immediately sets the affinity for 0.99b afaik

superpi mod xs doesnt. so no idea on the stability and whether the user set the affinity. and setting the affinity also has to be cpu 0,2,4,6

just looking for more real possible clocks
been buying a lot of rams lately

a lot of posting in this thread for x58 is running single superpi mod 1.5.
using this to measure stability was quite true for x48's ddr3 and 790. but x58.. its sometime is no where close. linx will bsod on it.
prime95 large fft custom 5.4gb is the best for vdimm confirmation .. takes only 30 minutes or less. any other single thread error is not vdimm related.

Looks like I get to test their rma service as well. My 2000GT 7-8-7 3x2gb kit failed last week. I got the kit the first week they were available at the Corsair store in early Feb. Been running on my BR and DFI Ut @211 bclk 5:1 24/7 until a blue screen appeared and now the kit will only function at 4:1. I tested in my 2 Classifieds with same result. I pm'd yellowbeard for rma advice. I just hope this is an isolated incident and not an indication of Elpida chip longevity. I never exceeded 1.72 vdimm and 1.54 vtt. We shall see.
