    Thumbs up A DATA Triple-Channel DDR3 2000X CL9-9-9-24

I received Adata New triple channel product DDR3 2000 CL 9-9-9-24.

MB: ASUS P6T Deluxe Bios 0904
    CPU Core i7 965
    Ram: Adata 2000X CL9

    Here are some pics.

Official 2000X voltage is 2.05~2.15V, but 1.6V is very stable on DDR3 2000 CL9. It's very safe for you chips.

    Triple Channel DDR3 2000 CL9-9-9-24-1T 1.6V 8*32M passed.

    Start to Overclock

    Triple Channel DDR3 2000 CL8-8-8-24-1T 1.66V 8*32M passed.

    Thank you

    Andre

I don't know why 8*32M CL8 and CL9 pi speed is so close.

Wow, that is really fast stuff for 1.6v. 2000 with those timings is great! Are they gonna market any 3x2GB sets? If we could get those kinds of speeds with a 6GB triple set it would be amazing. I am in the Market for RAM again and am looking hard at stuff, and I really need 6GB. The brand X that used to be in my sig are going up for sale when I can get a decent set again.

I have no idea what corsair chips are, so I cannot compare with that.

    Don't think it's Elpida guys.
They're using Elpida on the + series 1333 & 1600... but I don't think Elpida has any DDR3-2000+ capable chips.

    Could be Qimonda.
    I'm not sure.
I had a list of the chips being used on the A-Data 3ple channel kits, but I think I didn't backup the MSN log this time

I'll test some ( various ) Micron chips on low voltage this or next week, I'm curious as well

Actually the CSX Diablo 2000MHz triple kit, perform really well on low voltage ... and it's equipped with D9GTRs

    But I really don't think it's Micron ... Maybe Qimonda ?

//EDIT: oops Bill, didn't see your post, it took me a while to write this post, as I was eating a toast + chips with my one hand, and typing with the other one

LOL ... So Qimonda and Elpida are the only ones left ... Hey, let's create a poll and vote about our guess

Qimonda's not that good on low voltages, like Elpida is ... Thus, taking into consideration the new variables here (Andre's post ), my money is on Elpida too

i've got some of kingston's elpida kits here that do 2000 cl9 but can barely do 1800 cl8. so i doubt they're elpida.
