    Yes, but you'll have to use the same driver for each, you can't load two different Nvidia drivers at the same time, though you can load the same driver twice.

    And they are to different for SLI...at least so far.

    they will run independant and u could use the 8800 for dedicated PPU but i fail to see the point unless u are running 4 monitors

    Well, it depends what you want to use them for "together". I don't think you can SLI them, but you can (as said above) use one of them as a dedicated PPU, or just for a multiple-monitor setup. For either one you'd at least want to have enough bandwidth in both PCI slots, and I can't say I recommend using one as a dedicated PPU.

    You have to run the same Nvidia driver for both cards.
    SLI = No way
    Multi monitor = Joy

    As an extention to this, I have recently aquired a TRI-SLI Mobo.. .An Asus P5N32-E SLI

    Now, I have finished with my twiddling about experiments with SLI, but 3?

    Anyway, I have got a pair of 8800 Ultra OC Cards ( Matching of course ) anmd right now they are in seperate boxes, but can I put them together in the Asus along with somethign else and use the somehtign else for a physics card perhaps?

    What about a dedicated Phyasics card?

    Is it actually worth bothering with, with a pair of 800Ultras?

    Other nVidia cards I have are a Zotac 8800 GT ( 512MB ) and a Point of View 8800GTS ( 320MB )

    Or would I simplly be wasting my time even bothering?

    Is there any bench tests that I could run to compare them?

    Sorry to butt-in, but thanks.
