    I7 920 4.527g 32M Air cooling~

    Test setup

    CPU : I7 920 retail 3838A658
    M/B : ASUS Rampage 2 Extreme
    Ram : GSKILL PC3 12800PI 1g x2 (IC size seems D9GTR or D9GTS)
    Cooling : Ultra EX Trueblack + Delta38T Fan
    OS : Windows XP SP3



    aircooling correct but I used a balcony~

    CPU : 1.59375v
    QPI/Dram : 1.65v
    vDimm : 1.90856v
    Cooling : Ultra EX Trueblack + Delta38T Fan





    So cool there~





    and sub 8m 10s succed 4.4g dual channel~



    CPU : 1.55v
    QPI/Dram : 1.675v
    vDimm : 2.12056v
    Cooling : Ultra EX Trueblack + Delta38T Fan

    Awesome clocks! Isn't it so frustrating consdering that this CPU might even go further if only INtel hadn't.....

    I see everywhere very nice overclocks...but using a daily program that use the 8 threads 100% is a different story!
    You have to clock much lower to get your system stable!

    Try my test and you will see!

    I like also bench tests..nice to see..but need system stable 24/7
