    I'm quite not sure if such wiring is anygood. What's voltage ripple do you have, p-p?.

    I've used Radeon 4850 2-phase DC-DC for powering 6600LE, and got some ripple issues, also with voltage regulation (under load voltage rises ).



    And 4 phases for 400W - it's not enough maybe. Or you will get them too hot, coz of ESL and RDSon droppings.
