    As far as I know, the only revision of these was 1.x which makes them Micron RevD chips. Good buy for any people still hunting down memory with D9GMH/D9GKX ICs.

    yeah those things were so freakin picky about what board you put them in.
    most of the time they wouldnt even boot because they done have an SPD of , say 800mhz 5-5-5 at 1.8v.
    so you end up swapping ram around to make them boot at a higher mhz and voltage.
    oh and if your overclock fails,, your screwed if the bios reverts back to defaults.

    i had a set of the 8888's and they were crap,,, wouldnt even run stock.
    yet my gskill 6400hz's would run fine 1200mhz 5-5-5-15 2.23v....

    i hate installing this ram too, those god dam razor blades they put for heatsink fins are retarded... they are a to install.

    those have a power chips REV, dosnt look like d9 to me with the 2.1V ether

    also the d9 have a 1024 name the powerchips have a 2048 name

    i'ld rather pick up some gskills.. seems like they have less compatibility issues compared to the dominator
