Hi,
You would reccomend the OCZ ram?
But I have heard a lot about how they dropped using microns, and so now arent that good overclockers.....
Or am I mistaken?
Thanks

By the way, I was thinking about getting the Biostar i45 TPower, but I have heard bad things about it and memory, so, should I go for the Gigabyte UD3 instaed? (the R version?)
(sorry for slightly off topic)
Thanks

I got my set today,
Easily got to 1000, however, couldnt get to 1100, (loosened timings, upped voltages all over the place,) although, I didnt really try to clock the RAM in anything but a 1:1 divider, so maybe my cpu wasnt having it today, ( e8200)
Tigger, and anyone else who has got good clocks on these, what other settings did you have? (volts for NB, FSB, etc...)
Thanks

NB for mine was @1.5v (on p45)
FSB term (vtt)@1.6v iirc

The crucial, I got the set due to the great deal, I might not use them myself, and might end up swapping them for the 2gb of OCZ PC6400 that I did get up to 1100.....
I didn't have that much time to tweak anything, and i tried to go from 500fsb straight to 550, (not a lot of time), and so that might have been part of the problem, although I have booted before at that speed, and run superpi while using the OCZ.....
The mch voltage in on auto, should i increase it?
By the way, any reccomendation between the Biostar i45 against the Gigabyte UD3 something, as both cost around the same (£110)
Thanks

Ordered me a set of the DDR2 800 Xp2 2x2GB today. wasnt paying attention; could have got the 1066's for $10 more.Oh well. I dont think I will need too much anyways, 1066 will probably be overkill for my needs.
