Blast from the past AMD duron

Ok so i have an old a7n266-VM motherboard, it has the nforce chipset, with a Duron in it

ok so the multiplier is x13
and the old fsb was 100MHZ
i changed a jumper on the motherboard so that the fsb is now 133MHZ (133 and 100 are the only options)
but it wont even post like this. So i changed it back and it works.

the processor is on stock cooling and i dont have anything that will fit that socket.

i can change the multiplier but that requires soldering on pins to the motherboard and a bios flash. Neither of which im really that confident doing

is there a way for me to get it to work?
