    why did i put 3p? lol i meant xp...

    and ya, i had a gtx280 once before but it clocked like dog crap... only did 675 through about 3 hours of folding@home gpu client

    but that was one of the earlier 280's... also i coulda been capping out the shaders.. i'm not too sure.. i was still very new to the card

    i'm thinking i may want to wait for the 285's ,... but i needa play games now!!!! and hook my pc back up to my 40 inch samsung lcd

    I knew what you meant lol. I hit the wall this morning at 740/1480/1073. The memory on this thing is bunk.

    So your GIG EX58 UD5 sucks, hmmmm I got the extreme that i will be firing up on friday. What is it that bites?
    Also i can't wait to get another 280;;;

    Also I was gonna use Vista Ultimate 64, which OS should i use...

    Plus i am redoing my work machine over the next few weeks, was thinking of getting the

    i think i just got a dud of a board... only does 198 base clock.. which sucks.. imma probably pick up the extreme for the pretty water block... lol

    i kinda wanna get the evga x58 because its black though!

    which dfi board for x58 is out??

    i wasnt aware one was available!!

    and i think imma try for 200 base clock again... gonna try flashing the bios to see if that helps.. and if it does.. well, then i'm going for some nice sub 9 super pi

    i hit 200 base clock with 20 multi.. ht on...

    ran it for 3 days straight... doing everyday tasks... upacked at least 60gb's of files and did tons of transfers between hard drives.. and played the witcher, deadspace, and call of duty world at war without problems...

    i will be trying out 3dmark06 with 200 base clock gtx 280 tonite
