    Exclamation i7 920 @ 4.54GHz - EVGA X58 (Air Cooling)

    Some testing on the EVGA X58, with the Core i7 CPU.

    100% Air Cooling

    Still testing the max QPI...



    Update:

    Turbo mode on = 4.54GHz on AIR!

    So, I am guessing that the rumors about increasing the QPI link speed being dangerous was FUD?

    Also, what are your temps like?

    Lastly, how the heck did Andre get banned?!?!

    Looks like a retail chip C0/C1 ? or is CPU-z not reading correctly?

    I'd also like to see temps please, and what cooler?

    Cooler is a Tuniq Tower I will get back on the temps...

    That QPI is insane considering 220 the limit. Great work, great board!

    P.S. Is anything stable at these clocks or just screeny taken? Cooling might also make the difference here.
