I've been living with a messed up back for about eight years, lower back, you'll learn to adapt and over come, and basically learn to live with the pain when it comes, and try not to do anything stoopid. ; ) Look forward to seeing your pictures again.

I feel your pain about the back issues, I am in the same boat myself and I have learned to deal with it, just undertstand your limits and dont push your body like you are 20.

the problem right now is my right arm, and i am right handed, is all pins and needles, like its asleep, along with back/neck/shoulder pain.
the nerve going down the arm is pinched because of the herniated disks, also have some bone spurs and degeneration of the vertebrate.
one spot the dr. showed me is about 8mm and is should be 12mm.

went in today and we are moving the surgery up to one week from tomorrow (tuesday)

i am just a little scared, i really have a fear of being put under and having someone cut into me..

cool thing is me and the wife decided to go see Fright Night 3D this friday.
our 1st 3D movie, and we both loved the original fright night and even though this isnt the same old movie, i read it was getting decent reviews.
