These beautiful photos in this thread were so inspirational that I decided to do some amateur macro work with my old Canon Powershot G3. While the photos are not worthy of this thread, I was pleased to be able to get the shots I wanted for some PC work, even if I was unable to light the subject decently. Reading the printing on small solid state components takes significant magnification.

Re-organizing my photos and found this one I shot a couple years ago that I never processed. Wonder how many more I'll find!
