    Those new E0 are killing me , most people get 5 Ghz with 1.4 or even lower under SS , I start to hate my chip (C0)which require 1.55v to be stable , u got a golden E8400
    2600K working in 4.8 GHZ so far

    2600k @(4600 Ghz) 1.42v : (under water)
    Asus B2 mobo
    4 GiG DDR 2400 MHZ
    GTX 570 @ 1.063v ( 910/1820/2001 Mhz) .(under water).
    1020 W PSU

    Had it a 4.5 was'nt stable so gonna keep
    it at 4.0 with low volts for right now

    Amazing...wish I could get one like that too...

    Just like to know more about the stability of the gold chip at 5GHz. Can this chip pass Prime 95 on small FFT, for at least 12 hours, erickwok?

    To the OP: I realize XS places an odd fascination with SuperPI, but is this overclock OCCT stable? 3D Stable (e.g. passes a couple hours of regular gaming use)?
