    Cleaning/Polishing Acrylic

    Hi peeps,

I've got a nasty dust problem in my new apartment and it's really ruining my cases acrylic window.

I've tried just wiping it down, clean wipes, wet paper and other cloths.

It's like there is a very thin but hard layer of dust on it now that's very stubborn and won't come off.

Does anyone have any Ideas on how to get it off?

I'm actually tempted to take the dremel's polishing pad to it

Don't take the polishing wheel to it... I did that to an old piece of acrylic a while back and it burnt into it - without any pressure - on the second lowest setting.

I just use washing up liquid, warm water and a microfibre cloth

I have the same problem almost but its more to do with the paper towel I use, I spray windex on the window then use bounty paper towels or something like that and it does a good job but after wiping the dust off some of the paper towel crap sticks on the window hehe theres no winning!
