wow, double the price of a regular TRUE, but not even close to double the performance (if any at all)

I don't think it'll corrode that easily, tarnish sure but that can easily be removed using various methods.

I hope it doesnt have the same mounting system as the basic TRUE. 2kg weight for that POS mounting is way too much.

thanks for the heads up OP!

I couldn't resist picking one up, even with all the weight.

it might be the perfect excuse for buying a bench table to run it horizontal

Whoa, that was a fast review. I'll stick to my TRUE Black though. It still looks the coolest.

TRUE Copper’s weight exceeds all of our previous heatsinks. Due to this reason, we strongly suggest installing it on a horizontal platform
i think its too much for a vertical mount to handle

Not enough to justify the price.

yea. everyone had to know that tho. theres a reason why there haven't been pure copper heatsinks alrdy. its because aluminum fins alrdy work fine. im guessing the only reason why they released it was for the bling factor. but because it weighs so much it could only work for a bench system.

There have been pure copper heatsinks, Thermalright use to make them from 2003 on till they started making the aluminum ones in 2005 or so, and they still make the XP-90c. I still have my original all copper Thermalright hs for my old 1ghz t-bird its small as hell but heavy and it was made to run a 60mm fan, a delta for that matter, it did like 60,000 rpm I had to tie my computer down bacause it would try to fly away lol.....and it was loud as hell
