Use 21 multi (turbo always on).
You may need more VTT (up to 1.35).
    Set DRAM to 1.66V.
If you have a c0, you may need even higher vCore and VTT.

if i go 2 noches higher in the vtt its telling me im overvolting and i dont know if that safe
plus my cpu is a d0 but do i turn down my bclk to make it up to 4ghz with the boost on
and will i need to up the volts on the memory since im not running it at 1866mhz becuse its only @1600mhz with default clocks

    thanks for your help
ps i have found a thread just for the gigabite ex58 ud5 im hoping to get some help there as well thanks again

Dan777 brought that up before to me and I believe if I recall correctly it fully stresses it when on 16. Try it, you will most likely see a higher increase in temps. Why? Beats me, but give it a shot.

Ok here is the maximum I could get from my D0 and the R2E, not as good as I hopped for...

If I raise Bclk to 211 or 212 the PC would fail linx randomly even when I boost CPU voltage to 1.48 which I don't really like, If I raise the Bclk any more the PC would fail to POST!!!

Not sure what's lagging me behind, is it the mobo or the CPU ?!?
I can't tell untill I optain another CPU.

    @ salamndar

Follow this guide to see if it's CPU or board. It explains how to find max BCLK and how to max out each component. This way you'll be able to tell what is holding you back.

So you tried that and no luck? What's the max BCLK you can get out of it?

@Salamndar : my friend use R2E and he can do 225 bclk, he is using the same batch as mine and we got almost identical max bclk, i'm using classified btw.
i think it's your CPU, do you allready try another cpu?

I currently have no other CPU, I tried to lower the multi. to 13x and raised the bclk to 210, any thing higher would not get the PC stable at all, and when I reach 214B clk the PC won't POST.

well, it doesn't always indicate the overclockability but it lower vid chips have higher chance to overclock better with lower vcore, but I have seen high vid chips overclocks really good too.

it is impossible to get a low i7 920 vid now with the 39xx batches, most vid for this batches varies between 1.2500 ~ 1.3000v, whith the older 38 batches some batches had 1.17500v ~ 1.200v vid.

You have to test your own chip to know if it overclocks good or no
