I think we've had that question a few times already - still, it doesn't get easier.

I'll say "both", with the addendum "and/or Gaisntown"

Ya I was talking about cars here
Muscle cars = chevy, dodge, plymouth, etc. (basically anything with a big block engine that has great sound but can only go straight really )

    Toyota, for they're more reliable.

    6x PCI-E x16 of course.

    What's better in Cinebench R10, Phenom x4 @ 3.2 GHz with DDR2 @ 1066, or Q9550 @ 2.83GHz with DDR3 @ 1600?

Well, lots of people still have lots of PCI cards (TV-cards, sound cards etc) so I don't think it would be wise to eliminate PCI just yet. Besides, there still aren't that many PCIe x1 cards for that matter.

+1 I'm still using an old pci tv tuner, I know a new one will be cheap and offer better quality but this one still works fine for me. Keep pci slots for another generation please

Re-read, no one answered xoqolatl's question (I deliberately didn't so I could just comment on the PCI vs. PCIe)
