    Radiator storage?

I have a thermochill 120.3 that i'm not using atm.

When I was done with it a few days ago, i flushed it and let it drain.

I don't know why, something I watched on discovery channel I'm sure. But would it be better to leave it filled with distilled water + pt nuke in the rad?
Would this prevent copper oxidation? Does it matter?

    Am I crazy?

I woudl rather leave it dry and just flush when you are ready to use again. If you are really worried why don't you just cap both barb ends? Then it will be sealed and your mind will be at ease. OR better yet, send it to me and I will take good care of it till you need it . I'll even pay shipping one way

I would empty it let it dry out with the barb openings face down for a few days, then I'd tape up the barb holes.

Good question. I have a MCR-320 filled with distilled and G11/PT_NUKE with quick disconnect barbs sealed. It's been sitting on my coffee table for 2 months now.....

I did the same with a NB block figuring the copper is better off not exposed to oxygen, etc...

You could always try to fill it with some sort of inert gas like argon or some thing if you have a welder anywhere, or maybe lpg/propane although im not sure if they are inert

I rinse PA and MCR with distilled and and let it dried. Then I just plug in this rubber stopper to both inlet.
Around 3 month later rinse both rad with hot water again. Nope nothing weird come out. :-D
Assemble the loops. See the distilled water in microres. Nope nothing. :-D
