3.5" to 5.25" HDD adapter spacing problems

My case has a giant HDD cage, but as I'm only using 1 HDD, I was looking for a 3.5" to 5.25" adapter for a single HDD. Now, I'm using a Velociraptor, which doesn't have the same locations for the cables as a standard HDD, so most of the adapters I know don't work. Do any of you know of an adapter that has the back more or less open, so that it doesn't matter that the connectors are non-standard?
