Exclamation Sapphire Ati 4870 1gb video card?

Hi all I'm new to posting here. I just built my first computer (took me three days, lol sad). It booted up the first time I turned it on thankfully. My question is that my 4870 runs about 75c not over clocked. I want to lower the temperatures a good 30c; I looked up the fan fix, and followed all the directions, I checked and re-checked several times. Once I did the fix, I did not hear the fan speed change, nor did I see a drop in temp (it slowly crept upwards). I haven't seen anyone with the same problem, it seems to have worked for everyone BUT me

I reccomend an after-market cooler. The fan fix will throttle your fan to sound like a leafblower.

    I'm running a Thermalright HR-03 GT, with a Noctua 92mm (damn quiet).
My idle temps in the summer were 32C with 22C ambient temperatures.

Another good option is the Accelero Twin Turbo.

Not as quiet as my setup, but it has awesome cooling power.
