    DICE First Experience #4 E8400 S-pi 1M!

This was my first dice experience,so the results are quite good for a little beginner.I used two mobo's DFI DK P45 Plus and Biostar I45.I benched two nights, and used about 10 kg of dice From my experience i can tell you that I45 from Biostar is a little more stable for high Fsb but Dfi does very good performance for S-pi 1M.The processor was a E8400 Q822A579,E0

Maximum S-pi was 5722 under Dfi dk,and 3d i used 5600 on i45.Will test soon under Ln2 ,i think i can reach 6 ghz if all goes well. So,the benching rig:

    E8400 Q822A579 E0 + Bullet(thanks Monstru) + DICE
Mobofi Dk p45 plus and Biostar I45
2x1 gb Mushkin Redline PC8000 D9gkx for DFI,2x1 D9GMH for biostar(stupid incompatibility between Biostar and GKX)
Ati HD4850 and 4870 all stock
    Enermax Infinity 650w

    Results:

S-pi 1M: 8.015,had one better at 7.985 but f***ed up when i saved this means #4 time on hwbot

    Max validation around 5800.

    3dmark 2001 : 96265 5.6 +HD 4850 775/1150--->#4 score on hwbot
    3dmark 2001 : 99655 5.6 +HD 4870 875/1050...Need more time for tweakind HD48** series,first time played with

All in all i can say that this was a very pleasant session and that it is time for LN2

    damn you E0 E8400s!!

very nice job with just dry ice, that board is lethal in 1M and with a bit more cooling you should have
that top spot no problem. when you start threatening my 32M then i will be concerned

keep rocking the setup and clocking that CPU, looks very promising assuming you can get the FSB to
    top it out.
i don't quote in my signature, but best WR ever...

Damn i need to get one of these E0's. E8500 C0 can only do 4.96GHz with 1.64v and you've got 5.55 with 1.7v and E8400
