    SPI32M @ 534 MHz, 640 MHz, 2.24v vdimm, 1.50 vNB - Done with M2F

Like Shiranui Gen An, I was having issues with my board locking up with my GKX sticks when using more than 2.20v vdimm. I solved this issue by using 150ps delay on the ram channels. After doing this I could run 2.24v without issue.

TI66ER - your sticks use D9 GMH IC's, they should be very nice

EDIT - sorry I was so tired I didn't read your post properly I missed the fact they were 2 x 2GB and .16FE5 - they are most likely promos or PSC IC's.

    Thankyou.

I copied the settings from a toms hardware review of these sticks, its the same settings he had for 1200.

I will try them at 5.5.5.15 if i have to restart later. It seems they was a good buy.

@ cryptik, nice, now that you solved that how much higher will the go?also i thought 2x2gig sticks didnt use d9 microns, thought you or someone here said they were only in the 2x1 kits.maybe i read wrong?edit- i went back to re-read it and i think i get it now,the 1gig modules are double sided.or am i still not getting it.

    You're right, the 2GB sticks don't use D9GMH.

OOPS you are correct........they're not GMH at all. Sorry bout that, I was so tired I didn't read TI66ER's post properly. I don't know what the 2 x 2GB sticks use, Promos or PSC I think. You seem to have gotten lucky with yours, they may need CL 6 for 1200, but even at CL 5 they should do well.

I'm not sure how much higher my board will go, I think it may be at or close to its limit, the sticks should have plenty more headroom left but I doubt this board will allow them to get there. I'll do some more testing.

Not bad results at all there, I'm sure with some fiddling you can be hitting 11k bandwidth and have that latency down in the low 40s though Whats your PL at?

but hes on a quad that needs hell of tweaking if he want a FSB above 500 to be stable or at least somthing like that. I can do the same but above 500 FSB the air is thin for ram 0C on my Q9550 E0

    more bandwidth ...

Have you tried a different BIOS? PL8 seems a bit lax to me.. seems like you could run PL7. @ 1200 mem my Pro runs PL6 all day long.

Its difficult to say, 2 identical systems can behave very differently. I would probably start with 1201m, then try 1406m.
