I was wondering how long it would take you to find this thread Try 3-3-3-12 @ 800 1.9v, and bump frequencies and voltages when needed. @ 3-3-3-12/15/18 you should be able to do over 900, voltage will vary obviously, but if its a good D9 kit, about 2.1v.

I've found this thread in the past
I'm able to run 4-4-4-5 @ 1115 @ 2.4v, but I have to back down to 1040 4-4-4-5 @ 2.2v
3-3-3-5 @ 800 is only good at 2.0-2.1v.
I think the motherboard has a little bit to do with it. chew* had some talk about Gigabyte's AMD boards not liking D9 and even clocking ProMOS kits better than D9. I'm gonna let this board go soon and look for another DDR2 board.

BeepBeep2,very nice:up
1115 cl4 is not bad at all

I'm not suggesting anything silly, many of us have run 2.4 - 2.6v for hours on end with no sign of degradation. I'm sure we'd all like to see what these kits of yours, which are better than any of us have ever seen before, anywhere, can do on that voltage range (2.4 - 2.6v for example). SPI32M dual channel at 680MHz+ should be easy given what they are doing on only 2.2v (which is less than many of us ran on D9 for years daily).
So many kits can do SPI32M CL5 at 650 - 660 MHz, it's pedestrian these days. It's over 680 MHz that seperates good ram from great ram, and given even moderate voltage, say 2.4v, we'd love to see what yours can do.

to know if they d9- GKX's or GMH's by the numbers on them?

D9GMH or D9GKX is the same chip, just binned by Micron, but since these have been binned again by Crucial, it doesn't really matter. On some older kits you could see the original marking shine through the new Ballistix marking, is it possible on your kit?
-25F is not the original Micron speed grade, it should be -25E for D9GKX and -3 for D9GMH. -25F is a theoretical 400MHz CL4 speed grade.
Edit: You know you're a real ram addict when you know Micron's speed grades by heart.
wow thanks for the great info guys.
and no it doesnt seem to shine through

i already did
this kit does ddr2-1200 w/2.28v
so its just average,im looking for
a kit that will do 1300+ w/2.40v or less

Not very impressive if I can dare to say that- but nothing unusual, I had a lot of 800 Crucial Kits and except for one or two, they had no chance aganist my 1000 and 1066 Kits- the best I did hit was 633MHz C5 at 2,2Volts with an 800 16FD5, one 800 16FD3 kit I sold did 660 on an AMD sys with 2,31V but then refused to scale at the new owner- I had only tested it for 600 at 2,02V as I had too much ram and too little time
