To be honest, I don't know what else to upgrade (at least now). Currently my goal is to make Linpack work without using any temporary files (logs) during testing at all, but it'll take me much time to fully understand and implement this in LinX.
I'm always ready to hear your suggestions & requests though.

One questionr real quick, is this normal?

Notice my bar is weird in the middle, and when I run the test, that middle become a white rectangular piece. Is it a problem on my computer or is this happening to somebody else?

Great job with this very nice linpack frontend...it's really handy and I love the fact that you get feedback at each step. I've used it to successfully OC my rig...what a timesaver this is. Thanks again, and I will be recommending this to others.

i do have a suggestion, not sure how possible it would be.. make a database in LinX for users to add their results, then compare to other results. Even start a run of results for certian models of cpu's at stock speed, the maybe have a oced results section in the database.

That's quite interesting. A dual-core ES Atom... So it's about 35 times slower than an average Wolfdale at 4.0+. Consider running some larger tests, they usually give more GFlops. It would be great to see some OC results too.

As for the database, i'll think on it. By database you mean the ability to add the current run's Problem size, best Performance & some description / date/time to a list or just store the best Performance ever and compare it to new results?

with atom you cant oc it, i thought i might be able to BSEL mod it. that isnt going to happen since you cant get to the pins, as it is soldered on. I then though softfsb might work but i see no pll on the board at all.

yea kinda like that for the database, i mean you already have the txt file with results. why not just allow a way to save the result then have it access the older/saved ones.

- modified the Maximum/Free physical memory retrieving algorithm. LinX will now properly detect amount of free memory on 32-bit systems with more than 2 GB of RAM and on 64-bit systems with more than 4 GB of RAM
- added sound notification on error option (double-click the status bar to stop playing the sound after an error has occured)
- no need to have both Linpack executives in LinX folder to run it anymore. You may choose only the .exe you need (32- or 64-bit one).

Thank you for another updates on this awesome frontend, this is by far the best and most advance one I've used.

Yes, very nice. My system crashed due to heat! Seems this program made my temps soar even though it passes many hours of small FFT's on Orthos and also IntelBurnTest. I like these kind of programs, but I don't think my CPU is unstable, it merely crashed because of heat (I have the option in BIOS turned on to shut down at 72 degrees).
