OCZ 2x2GB ram sale, which to get?

Right now Newegg is running a sale with $20-35 in rebates on most of the OCZ 4GB kits and I was wondering which would be the best overclockers/most reliable.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...B)&Order=PRICE

I checked ramlist but there isn't much info on the 4GB modules.

    Specifically I'm looking at:
    OCZ Reaper HPC Edition DDR2800 5-5-5-18 1.8V OCZ2RPR8004GK for $43 after rebate
    OCZ Platinum Edition DDR21000 5-5-5-18 2.1V OCZ2P10004GK for $46 after rebate

As you can see I'm on a budget system, I don't really need extreme speed. I'd like to be able to do 1066 5-5-5-18 at 2.1V ideally. I'm a little weary of getting ones with D9 chips due to the poor survival rates, but from what I understand those are pretty rare nowadays.

    Thanks

They are going to be all PSC...at least the decent ones anyway.

Those are likely what i'd get; i don't like the Reapers with their oversized spreaders personally.

Thanks for the advice on the ICs. I went ahead and got the Reaper's since they were the cheapest and the heatpipes won't interfere with my CPU heatsink. Between that and the Palit 4850 coming in, this should be a fun week.

    Enjoy your upgrades

I had a kit of 2x2 Gb 800 Mhz reapers that achieved a max 24/7 stable clock of 1080 Mhz. They are good modules, and I personally like big heatsinks if it means lower temps.
