Looking for 70mm Fans

I'm looking for 70mm X 25mm (or less) at 12V that has less than 36dBa and greater than 30CFM. So far the best I can find is Delta AFB0712H but no source for them. I have found a couple rebadged Deltas on eBay, maybe someone knows who else rebadges Deltas? Can anyone help me find these or better?

I don't think you'll get much better than that. Small fans+high CFM=/= quiet.

I bought a couple Evercool EC7025M12CA from Nexfan before they went TU. Was nice and quiet on my Sock-A HS turned down to about 1500 rpm, and had plenty of headroom in case things got hot. I think I've seen them at buyextras.com (oops OOS there now), but I got a couple of hits on Froogle..
