    Options for a Tight Bend?

I have a tight bend in my 7/16" loop from CPU output to NB input. I saw a few options out there like:

    --Tube coils
    --Zipties
    --Elbows
--Soaking tubing in hot water to make a bend
    --Copper components

What's the best option? I saw THIS at US Plastic too, what do you think?

Man i would have to say try the coils.
Even if they dont work you can remove them
and they are cheap, then again so are zipties.

But what you linked looks pretty good as well.

After Viper explained the effect coils have, I wouldn't use them. They lifted my bottom Fuzion GFX2 because of it. May not cause that issue if you have a chipset block or other vertical block, but it'll still put a strain on your nozzles and may eventually produce a leak.

Either get vipejohns bends or get some elbows. BP crystal blocks or the rotary 90s

Hey thanks, I've never seen the ViperJohn bends, awesome. I can't find them anywhere though.....

Would they differ much from the bend I mentioned above? HERE

ViperJohn always has quality products from what I've seen so I think I'll go with his product. I might grab just one of the other to test out though....

the main difference that I see is the VJ ones are tubing that the other are pve fittings, but they look neat anyway.

Didn't primoflex come out with a tubing that bends well??
I always wondered if I could use something like this for my build
    Asus P6T, I7-920, 6gb ocz xmp, 4890, Raid 0-1 Terabyte, full watercooled - Triple Loop 5 radiators

1/2"Id long sweep copper elbows are what I use for tight bends. They are very nonrestrictive. I just stretch vinyl over the end(s) as needed. this way there is no stress on any blocks or barbs from tight tubing bends.

Good point but I'm not a big fan of the way they look. I'm not from blingville either but I like the tubing to look symmetrical.

Just a FYI if you're thinking how a Primoflex Pro + coil may turn out

The CPU to MOSFET bends are really tight

Water cooling is supposed to be recreational, it's not mandatory, and it's not a perfect science.

OMG Just take tubing, bend it in semi-boiling water and quickly put it in ice cold water. Repeat if stubborn. Easy shock therapy. Costs nothing. All of 30 seconds. Works well.

I ended up using a ViperJohn tight bend in my most recent build to avoid using coils.

Nothing to do with any performance loss due to coils, but I just don't like the way they look anymore.
