    50ohm VR from pin #9 to ground should do it (edit: should maybe add, on the VT1165MF IC and one on each since there's one for each gpu)

    Just need a more convenient solderingpoint so if someone with cards laying around would check for that, preferably on the backside of the card.

    Ill post up the mod guide for all tommorow when I get my card mICKEYmOUSE did for me or at least show where the VR's connect and read points if you guys want.

    Sorry for OT but are the mounting holes in the same places as previous ati's? I.e. would my pots that fit my 38xx's fit a 4870?

    Current hwbot record x2 is clocked to 900 , can a stock card on water clock this high or is it vmodded ?

    idk wondered that myself,mine can hit close to 870 /1000 with idle temps @30c....so i'm not sure

    no just stock fan 100%and central air con.its one run then done mostly,till it temps come back down
    i would not even think about volt modding it till i can get the temps low.

    not the best pictures

    Excuse the quality but I'm not a very good photographer...I'm also not sure if I captured the right areas of the card, so let me know and I will try to get what is needed. I just hope these can help someone out.
