A changelog has accompanied the executable in the zip file since v1.2. Is that what you're looking for?

The only explanation for that would be... these new binaries are even more stressful!

v1.4 I just can't get my PC stable 73 passes and one error. Hopefully 1.5 will error out sooner because testing with 8GB ram is taking forever, 70 passes takes like 6 hours!

I think there`s something wrong with 1.5... I have no errors by running 1.4 with all available memory for 2 hours. But 1.5 gives me only 60% pass

AgentGod .... don't use BETA binaries as that can casue issues and make ppl leave the trail of using the program.... stick with 1.4 ppl for now until Official Binaries are out is what i suggest.

1.3 was a bugger to pass at first, but i solved that .. many posts ago.

1.1 and 1.2 passed, but 1.3 failed .. now 1.4 is 1.3 Binaries .. just Agentgod added a few little things to satisfy ppls requests.

1.5 is BETA binaries and i won't run it.... i have been folding all day since version 1.1 and tested since then 1.2-1.3 and 1.4 ... and i still fold all day NP's and I play COD 4 for hours NP's .. can Orthos for 12 hours NP's.... I only do 10 loops of Linpack (3-6 times) and i am stable..... and i run Orthos BLEND at least 12 hours after using linpack... STABLE.

So stability is up to you.

As for running 70-100 PASSES .. guys that OVERKILL, but if thats what you want to do ... be my guest and degrade your hardware....

Seriously now its not needed unless you are running some scientific calculations in the millions that needs to be ns of error free no ifs and buts about it..... then i can see running 100 passes......

1.5 and 1.4 are both working about the same for me. with 4GB ram installed I can pass 100 interations of either test, but with 8GB of ram I get 3-6 errors for 100 passes. Memtest passed ALL tests though. I don't understand whats wrong I will make a new thread I guess.

So this 1.5.1 is using 1.3 binaries just like 1.4 is.. right?

If so then ppl should pass again without issues like they did with previous versions.

Yeah, the betas were bloated anyway, and as a public vote, it turned out to be unstable.

After passing all other versions, I just got 2 errors in 15 passes of version 1.5. Tried increasing vcore, FSB, MCH, but still failed, so put them back where they were.

My memory is undervolted at 2.05 (instead of 2.2), which was stable a year ago. So I increased to 2.1V, and then passed version 1.5, and double checked with 50 pass run, just to make sure I did not pass by chance.

I just think each version with different Linpack libraries has gotten more efficient at finding errors, though I cant speak for those using 64 bit version.

Just in past few months I would get a random crash/lockup for every few hours of gaming, usually at high demand times. After trying everything CPU and GPU OC wise, different video drivers, and fresh image installs, (gpu is watercooled with max 58C) just gave up. Maybe it was the memory needing more volts after 6 months of use...time will tell. Should have thought of the memory before.

Mate, now it is ok. I`ve successfully passed 1.5.1 30 times with all available memmory. I could do it with 1.4, 1.3. But there is really something wrong with 1.5 .

I ran this 10x at half the mem usage (1500) and it found no errors. HCI errored out in just a few minutes. Maybe this program focuses more on CPU stability?

Its a bit annoying with no output as well. I wish there was a timer or something so I could at least see something is happening.

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.

If you not choose the error read out then you will see the output of the testing being done... the error out put is just to tell NEWBIES if they passed or not.

Its not a memory Error testing procedure only error of pass or fail.

Now as for it being CPU stability only = NO as it will test memory as well and it is always suggested and recommened to use ALL available memory to run the test and run it 10 loops (3-6) for a more aggressive testing.

AgentGod put something like i just posted within the testing TEXT so ppl don't get all confused... also actually take out the min and half memory options.

Just leave MAX or Custom .. thats all that is needed.

That happens because you have more than 2 GB of memory and you are using 32-bit Windows. To get around this, use less memory to test, or upgrade to XP 64-bit.
