And as you can see with my stability testing, I was at minimum 200 Linx loops stable at 550fsb on my e8600. Which is something NONE of you can say about your overclocks.

I'll boot up at 560 and do a superpi for you tonight. But honestly I think you guys all just call it a day and say 'stable' way too easily.

Wow, and I thought I needed to chill, lol.

You think that I am posting my SuperPI results to show stability? If you think this you are mistaken. Im not trying to prove anything, including stability. Im trying to get my times faster and faster.

Why is that word "stability" still disputed. In fact the word is really subjective, and is defined differently from person to person, as it should be. Why are you trying to force people to accept your definition. For me I dont see any point in doing 12hrs Prime Blend, as long as I can play my games, edit and convert video, surf the web, Im fully stable for my needs. I do completely see why someone would need to have their system 12hrs + prime Stable, especially if their folding 24/7.

Does 30 minutes of priming at 8x525 fsb count? Sorry, couldn't help it. I could show you more, but you don't deserve it. How about you show me a quad at 8x512 32M? That shouldn't be too difficult?

Viper he did say it 500 linx loops , or maybe 1,5 month prime blend ? that should be enough for him i think

And we dont think that you where posting stability we think you were just enjoying ya rig as we like to do...sad that his soooo limited

Hehe, I love my Asus board!! Haha. Who is this guy? I was going to say the same thing, 19 posts and his way is the only way its to be done? And were did anyone say we are posting SuperPI times to show/prove stability? I sure as hell wasn't. I was only going for speed and faster times.

I started with a P5E3 Premium x48 with my Q9450 then switched over to a Q9650 and P5Q3 Deluxe P45 and saw huge improvements. No, they weren't what you Gigabyte guys are getting but P45 showed huge improvements over x48 with my Quad testing. I don't bench my Q9650 but still have it running 24/7 4.2Ghz in my media center server. I could play any game I wanted and encode dvds all day long so it was 100% stable for me, that's all that mattered.

Here are some shots that I have from my Q9650 / P45 testing.

Use all memory when you use LinX.

Here you go. Like I said... SuperPI is easy, and by no means a measure of stability.
    8x520

    9x500

Working on that 560 now, it's a bit harder to catch a SuperPI at that fsb.

I don't think zoson gets that we are joking around with the LinX results...

Yeah, & as for stability, i want to see LinX max RAM 10+ passes & P95 Large 3+ hrs. before i'd say you're anywhere close
