Cheers all. It's so new that I haven't had time to send the 'it's up' email out yet. Am at IDF and need to cover Nehalem in 30mins and then sleep a bit. All the email/sign up does is tell you the link anyway. And you know it now. Am utterly annihilated.

It's a new media format and is known as an e-zine (electronic magazine). Basically it's a magazine with professional layout etc mixed with the connectivity and interactivity of the internet which allows us to embed audio, video, flash, hyperlinks etc.

You won't find it in a physical form (unless you download a pdf version and print it out yourself) but it will be available from now until the ages in an online electronic format

Charles was perhaps the best quote machine around once he warmed up - it was nothing short of amusing and great fun to video/be apart of.

Errmmm.... hmmm... *hands over a bit of air... or something*

    Yeah, ummm, there's your money

Let us know about any way that we can make it better mate as we really do want to make something that everyone can be proud of and feel apart of.

Heheh, don't hate us, hate the hater! *points to charles*

Admittedly, you sure copped a lot from him during the videos but you have to at least respect that we tell it how it is... heheh

Please, if anyone has any constructive feedback we're completely open to hearing as well as discussing it.

Thanks for the support so far peeps. It means a lot to Nick and me to have our peers get behind a project such as this as we really do want to put overclocking on the pedestal of achievement that it deserves.

Thanks for the positive feedback so far guys. It's really something to see people enjoying the hard work we've put into this mag - Nick and I are already ripping into the production of issue #2 for next month too

Obviously this is a very new format so here's some quick tips for those that may have encountered some issues:

Quote Originally Posted by The Overclocker FAQ

That's okay, even those of us that are awesome get stuck sometimes. Just click in the top righthand corner to flip a page forward and the top right of each righthand page from here on it. If you want to go back a page, simply click on the top lefthand corner of the left hand page
Things are a little small and I can't see them properly, what can I do?
Click on the area to zoom in and view a size-increased focused area
You've zoomed in but want to get out again?
Just click on the page again and it'll zoom out for you
I've zoomed in and it's a cool feature and all, but I want to keep the close focus but can't get to the next paragraph of the article - how can I do this?
Simply click and hold the mouse button down and then move the mouse to gesture up, down, left, right, wherever you wish to view next
The embedded videos aren't playing all the way through; what's up with that?
Sometimes when on a stuttering net connection, the vid either doesn't fully download or may cache incorrectly. While this issue doesn't happen often, it can happen, so simply close the window with the mag and go to the link at www.theoverclocker.com to re-open the mag. This will reload all the assets and with it, a clean vid for you to view and hopefully get a bit of a giggle out of
Thanks again to everyone's support. Please keep in mind that we want to make this the best possible to truly represent the awesome individuals and teams in overclocking. So, if we can do anything better to make your reading and viewing experience better, please let us know and we'll see what we can do to make it happen

P.S. Nick and I quit our full-time jobs to make this mag happen so believe us, we're in for the long haul

    ePOWER EP-2000P10-T3 REVIEW at www.newegg.com

Pros: Powering my computer along with my air conditioner and my refrigerator, and I used it to jump start my truck once.

Cons: The only problem was the FBI at my door saying something about knocking out power for the east coast...not sure what thats about.

Fun read, I think this is a niche that hasn't really been filled in the OC world. Good luck guys, I hope this works out for you.
