    Computer Case & Workstation Gallery

I figured we'd need a new thread to post your computer case/workstation pictures.

    Four Simple Rules:

    1) No larger than 1280 x 1024 pixel (but 1024 x 768 pixel is preferred),
    2) The limit on the number of pictures is 4 per case (if you want to post more than 4 pictures, use thumbnails or post links without using the IMG tags),
    3) Do not quote images,
    4) Finished cases only, no worklogs.
You can find the original threads, here are the links: XS Case Gallery & Post Your Workstation

    Post away!

Note: If we get dead links/red X's, post will be deleted. Let's keep this thread clean!

    The old set up.

    http://img261.imageshack.us/img261/3131/1004112zw3.jpg

My old and horrid iCute case which I donated to my mother.

The new desk with old set up.

    http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/3263/1004121cw1.jpg

And now with the new setup, new layout and new desk.

    Another angle.

Just for fun, interior shot with my new HIS HD3870 (I'm not really a gamer at all and picked it up cheap, it's plenty power for me.)

    And the old bedroom setup.

Which was altered a month ago, added the PS3 and the 360 was already
there. The TV is a 40" Sony Bravia.

I'm just back from my holiday and saw this new thread which looks a bit different from the old one which I liked MUCH. So here it goes.

My day-to-day box is a pretty boring QX6700/i975XBX in an unmodded Coolermaster Cosmos 1100, so no pics of that, but here are my two favorite cases I've built.

First is my Windows Home Server box. Celeron-M 410 on an MSI Fuzzy i945GM mini-ITX board, 1GB DDR2, and a pair of 500GB Maxtor SATA drives. Inwin/Powerman 240 watt proprietary PSU, 120mm blue LED fan, couple of blue cathodes, and a case custom made from an old aluminum breadbox, black mesh, and spare aluminum from a window cutout on aother case. Pulls about 70 watts under a load, normal is about 60 watts. Also have a PCI eSATA RAID card, eventually I'll be putting together an external drive case for more storage. Just moved, and now I don't have an easily accessible work space, so it may be a while. Anyway, pics of this one.

    With size comparison

The second is also made from a breadbox, same model as the first, as well as the same black mesh. Backpanel is made from a shelf that was in the breadbox, too. Embedded 3.5" Commell LS-371 motherboard, 2Ghz Core 2 Duo mobile T7200, 2GB DDR2, slot load DVD+/-RW, and a USB flash reader mounted internal. No hard drive right now. This one is unfortunately out of action, power section on the board died and I don't have the cash($450) to buy a new board right now. Used it as a work PC for over a year, board died two weeks after the warranty ran out. Whole thing is cooled by a single 120mm fan and pulls ~30 watts idle, 55ish under load. Need to skip a few meals and order the new board, I'd actually like to start using this again. And the pics.
