i'm kind of surprised the 600 watt psu does the job, when i was building people were constantly telling me to get 1000+ watt power supplies.

You are probably cutting it close and it isnt really good to go to the limit of a psu, but its your stuff not mine.

They push 96 m³/h
and are very quiet @ 800rpm. @1400rpm they are not so quiet, but that's normal....

Heres what I have atm:

Still have to do some work on the transitions, sleeve the fans and a few other touch ups like some custom re-branding, back plate for the 5850, mid-plate to stealth the PSU and so on.....
Still waiting on a 1156 bracket (any day now?) from Corsair and like you a 5850 (currently I have a 5870 but is overkill for how i use it.

i have your same case, but i don't know if a radeon 5870 can be installed....
can you try to pull-down your vga? i have the first pci express slot more down than yours....

If the PCI-E slots are one of the first three slots, it will fit. any others? it'll be VERY tight.
