    EK vs XSPC ?!?!

so now at the last minute i decided to add my gpu to the loop but i cant decide between the EK and the XSPC full cover block, i like the looks of the XSPC block but i can only find the EK block at petras and i dont know of any other place (other than sidewinder but they dont have it either) that will ship internationally
so i decide that im gonna have to choose the one that performs better
    so which should i choose?
should i go the extra distance(will take me a few more days to send money) or get the ek block?

    Which store ?

I know Jab-Tech doesn't take paypal for international orders so they require me to pay via CC.Maybe Frozen CPU is the other way (only paypal allowed).

I bought from Petra, Jab-Tech and Mountain Mods, all 3 accept international CC and can ship to alternate address.
Good service from all 3 too.
