hi all, last week ive needed to buy some ddr3 memory fast, and ive found smthing on the market, wich still wasn't reviewed and looks promosing (but i can tell i dont really like the brand kingmax)
when ive got in my hands this memorys i cannot say a wordlook at the heatsink quality, its better than some big brands, absolutely perferct contact, and hey, this memory is heavy!
lets look under the heatsink...
yes, you see it well, its D9GTS!
about the results...
im testing now P5Q3 Deluxe mobo, wich is the one of the most choosey mobos nowdays, but it seems it likes this memoryive reached really nice results in cas7, cas6 its nothing special, like other GTS's dont really like this latency, and in cas8 still couldnt tested, coz we all know that P45 still cannot handle memorys up to 2000mhz well, mine it seems up to ~1940mhz has instability problems at cas9 aswell, but im sure it will be fixed, every new bios makes this mobo better and better
so im using them at this speed 100% memtest86 2.01 stable (30pass or smthing), at 2.00v bios set
1800 7-6-5-18 32M
and i made this yesterday at 2.16v bios set, also it seems memtest stable, but still dont pushed it so long, so not sure about it...
1900 7-6-5-18 32M
i will come up with X48 results soon, to see the cas8 performance
but keep one thing in mind, kingmax is an absolutely incalculable brand, so if you will find some quimonda, or samsung on your sticks dont blame me for it
