I would just get a few TEC blocks, a few meanwells, and a regulare w/c systeam and setup your own, I hear the coolit systems are good for a mild oc and idle teps but loads they go crazy and high ocs they get pretty toasty.
Powerful enough, yes. But the chambers use aluminum so you'll have to be ready for mixed metals, and moreover, for the same cost you "should" be able to get better temps, albeit in a slightly less compact system.
donrt have any experience with them but can recall several cases of the pump dying
