Used them once before very quick delivery, not sure if they are good for RMA but the guy who runs the shop is very helpful.

CompUMSA is a very good shop.
I buy most of my hardware there coz most of the time he has the best prices in Belgium.

And about RMA its one of the better shops when it comes to it.
I ordered a Samsung 1 TB from him.
It had bad sectors, send it back and it got replaced the same week.
