    Red face Crysis HDR/Shadows Preset

    I thought I would share:

    I looks better when you are in the game. I looked around net on how to increase the quality to have better graphics. I did not found what I was looking for. This is vanilla, stock High Quality setting for XP with only 6 parameters tweaked and Natural Mod 2.0.2. To test:

    At least 8800GT or equivalent
    1. I recommend clean install of Crysis
    2. Patch 1.2 -> and 1.21
    3. Install Natural Mod 2.0.2
    4. CVarGroups Level 4 Vanilla.zip -> "Crysis\Game\Config\CVarGroups"
    5. autoexec.zip -> "Crysis\Game"
    6. Make sure "My Documents\My Games\Crysis" is empty to avoid any possible problems

    Let me know if you have any other cool tweaks.

    IMO, too much bloom right there.

    I like HP's ultra high quality config better.
    It has darker shadows, less retarded HDR bloom and the absolute kickass "distant-object-AA" (see: palm trees on the distant island & silhouette of the island).

    Shots with HP's config, for comparison:

    You were not supposed to see this.

    Try these settings if you can. Looks great but good luck running it at a decent frame rate.
