Any Foxconn - Live BIOS update tuto?

Greetings XS community, so I upgraded my rig entirely and bought the QF Blackops. After I started to work with my system I noticed when I OC my board shows a code 54 on the panel, also the memories are the DDR3 1,600MHZ G.Skill F3 and the board only recognize the RAMs speed only at 1066MHZ.

I currently have the P02 BIOS and I tried to update my BIOS but the software shows that the file is too big. I really getting frustrated with the situation is there any tutorial to update my BIOS from Foxconn Live update?

I will appreciate your help thanks!

1066? That's odd. Same memory, mine went fine, and showed 1333. Anyways, download the BIOS, G28 is posted elsewhere in this forum section. Open it up, take out the BIOS file, and make sure it is set as a .BIN file. Open LiveUpdate, go to Update BIOS, and pick the .BIN file from your desktop/wherever you saved it, and let it run the update.

what file and filetype did you try to flash before when the tool told you the file is too big, and where did you get that file?

EDIT: oh and FYI, heres a BIOS Flash Guide:
