Small screenshot of K10Calc-function in development (sorry for German labels):

@Alex17 GTX: Sorry, I still can´t see where the problem is.

My mistake. Now i realized how it works. if you choose DDR1066 the program automaticaly applies diferent dividers so that the Ram Clock is below 1066.
Actually i like this. It is usefull.
But for example i want to have the following settings:
    FSB:500
    RAM:1200
    Ratio: 5:6
And i can't choose these settings in the program. If i set fsb 500 it will show 1000 for Ram no matter what Ram Clock i choose.
Now i guess you will understand what i meant. There could be an option that will let you do this.

    Yes, NOW I understand.
A function where you can set all things manual, without any CPU-RAM-ratio calculating, so CPUCalc just calculates without thinking.

As you can see I´m now working on the K10-calculation and I´m almost finished.
My "web-designer" and I are thinking about a "database" where you can post your CPU and overclocking-results in CPUCalc which will send them to the database by php-link. Users then see the "regular" overclocking-result of the CPU they could expect.

Little trouble at home, but now CPUCalc 1.7 is finished.
K10-Phenoms can now be chosen and calculated as well.
Download at www.cpucalc.com. CPUCalc 1.7 should be uploaded and downloadable there in the next hour.

    @alex17 GTX:
I can´t speak Romania at all, but I think I understand the weird TDP-Calculation problem of your CPU and elmysterio´s in the Crazy-PC "New software releases"-thread.
Your TDP is higher because the ratio of the new Voltage to the VID is higher than elmysterio´s one.
By the way you should know that the TDP as well as the VID differs from CPU to CPU. But it doesn´t make more than 5watts in the worst case.

Thanks for reading the forum. He was asking if the tdp calculator is accurate. He though that his tdp was to small.

New release 1.9.1 available with CPUCalc1.9 autoupdate and soon at guru3d.com.

The next releasedate is unknown, maybe there will never be one because school begins for me again in two days and I don´t have any good ideas for new features and so on.

I´m almost finished with saving and loading settings.
Data will be saved in ~200bytes big .ccalc files. For encryption I used a selfmade algorism. An E6600@3GHz with DDR2-800 RAM looks like this:

    Ö+äÄäÄä-ä-
    äüä,ä,ä.
    äÖäÖäÖ
    ä,
    äääÖäÖäü
    Ö_Ö_ö,äüÜ.ä:ä-ä-
    äöä-ä-
    äÜÜ,äÄ

    I hope it´s safe enough.

So guys, please always upload IDs and post suggestions!

    Some secret information:
New CPUCalc release 1.9.6 will get a small simple CPU-Benchmark inside, supporting CPUs with up to 4 cores.

    More ideas?^^

    1.9.6 is released.

What's the point of this program if you can see and scroll through all of this information in your bios ?

    And calculates the new TDP.

Is there any chance of ever getting something like this app working without .NET framework? I won't install .NET, it's too big considering that I can live without it. CPUCalc looks like something I've been looking for but it's a shame we can't all use it.

Last time I saw there is a chance disabling .Net-Framework in Visual Studio 2008, but doing that would require me to rewrite big parts of the programmcode, e.g. update-function, CPUID-Upload...

And BTW I´m running a new private project now.

will you update the program in order to support i3/i5/i7/i9 CPUs?

    thanks for this excellent app!
