Sick/working. Project's been on hold, there is now officially no finish ETA. Had to sell two pumps to cover bills while Mom was in the hospital, and there's nothing to replace them with for 4+ months.
Last night I finally took the skeleton out, mounted the remaining pump, mobo tray, rads, and started on the reservoir tapping. When I was done, I reassembled it and could barely put it back on the desk. Estimated weigh-in was 70 pounds. This is no sides, no waterblocks, unfinished interior, no tubes, missing flow splitters, no fan grilles, and most importantly, no water.
I may be looking at a filled weight of 200 pounds. Did I mention no foot to stand on, either? The foot is face-glued MDF, 9 1" sheets capped with white pine.
There was talk of sponsorship a while back, but I think it's fallen through. I didn't really plan on Mom getting a new liver, or needing it for that matter.
Dunno what the status is, but I'm forging ahead. Nothing to do but that.
Sorry to hear about your mom and you being sick, I understand about the money thing too.

I was pleasantly surprised to wake at 9:30 and find that my daughter had slept in. It let me catch up on some much needed rest. Another great day here even if it's a little gloomy outside. Going to take her for a short spin on the wheeler before my Dad shows up and then it's off to Bangor.

Another great day here!! I knew sleeping in 2 days in a row was too much to ask but at least the sun is shining. We've already been down to the dock swimming and since they've changed my schedule to later in the afternoon we'll be able to go for a nice long ride after lunch.
