just thought id give you a quick update,

i had some questions about max benchable, did that tonight for 8m and 1m

seems about 660mhz is achievable for 8m, now this isnt loose timings we are talking 5-5-5-15 with performance level at 10 and trd 3, trfc at 60 and 16-16,
same ram timings for 1m at 675~ is achieveable,

this is with cpu on singlestage and chipset on air, i would expect both these figures to mildly increase on ln2, i will be targeting 32m fsb stability in the next couple days then bringing it all together to shoot for proper runs...

Really nice work there Youngpro! Congratulations on breaking the 700Mhz fsb wall. can we still call it a wall after you bulldozed it down? lol

    Anyhows,
Keep up the good work and keep us posted!

Really nice to see all these high FSB, but how much will be the performance affected by the high PL?

I´m still waiting for Youngpro´s Pi-Runs. Hope we will see them soon, then we have clearance about the performance of the board.

CPUZ will be updated to 1.46 tomorow.

add good timming detection for P45 mobo and also detection of E0 E8x00 stepping.

just a few updates for you, yes i like the efficiency on this board,

there has been alot of talk of the SLOW ram performance from ROMP profiles and this CAN be true, but if you tweak values properly you can get both good fsb and good performance, trd can stay low while maintaing high fsb and bandwidth,

my runs are using ROMP profile 2,
    auto ram timings,
(new bios with independent control for nb/fsb) 1.406vfsb and 1.56vnb,
on air using tuniq tower and nb on air

    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=380717

yes this board can also reach his fsb in dual channel, with air on nb and cpu

32m looks nice, reasonable efficiency here, max fsb on air, i suspect 620-623~mhz fsb benchable on ln2,

    8m easy fsb clocks

1m can do with some pp improvement but is okay for now, mchbar improvements to be had here

This is definetively a nice efficiency, looks good.
How much tweaked is that 32M?
    The Initial value finished

    so which bios is this
i thought you said you are making adjustments in windows

also are you saying that the efficiency tweaking was done in bios only and no more windows RAM tweaking aside from TRRD?

i am struggling a bit with the board trying to get anything over 590MHz FSB stable

i have reasonable efficiency but definitely not as good as what you're getting there...........however i cannot get PL to run that tight as i obviously need higher vNB and i haven't used my full spi tweaks

if i could get 610 or so dual channel stable i'd whack it on LN2 again as it was able to handle down to -140C with my last chip

what's your 3D FSB at right now?

this board is looking very good indeed
